1. Hotel policies and general provisions
1.1 Only domestic pets (dogs and cats) are accepted. The minimum age of the pet is from 4 months.
1.2 The customer must provide documents confirming the dog's vaccinations, i.e. veterinary passport. The pet must have annual vaccinations (complex and against rabies), deworming, protection against skin parasites (ticks and fleas).
1.2.1 It is recommended that dogs be vaccinated against carnivore plague, carnivore viral enteritis infectious hepatitis and kennel cough.
1.2.2 It is recommended that cats are vaccinated against calicivirus, infectious rhinotracheitis, panleukopenia and leukemia.
1.2.3 On the day the dog or cat is admitted to the hotel, the period specified in the information leaflet of the vaccine manufacturer must have passed and the vaccine must be valid for the entire period of temporary care of the animal in the hotel.
1.3 Aggressive, sick, abandoned dogs with parasites, heat-loving dogs, unsterilized cats and pets with excessive separation anxiety are NOT ACCEPTED IN THE HOTEL.
1.4 Accepted dogs and cats must be registered in accordance with the procedure established by legislation and marked with a subcutaneous microchip or a clearly legible tattoo.
1.5 The customer undertakes to pay all costs related to the temporary care of the animal, in case the pet gets sick or injured when it is not the fault of the hotel, to pay all veterinary costs related to the treatment of the pet.
1.6 The owner of the pet undertakes to provide the hotel with detailed information about the animal, including information about the animal's diseases, current state of health, cases of aggression and other information that may be important for the care of the animal, before leaving the pet for temporary care. If any kind of damage is caused due to the provision of incorrect and incomplete information about the animal, the owner of the pet shall compensate it in full.
1.7 Visiting the hotel must be agreed in advance with the hotel staff. Outsiders are not allowed in the hotel area. This is to protect our clients from additional stress and to strictly adhere to each client's schedule.
1.8 The customer must deliver and collect the dog from the hotel at the time specified in the reservation confirmation. If the pet is not picked up on time, an additional fee will be charged.
1.9 The stay at the hotel is documented, i.e. a contracts are signed, and a customer form is filled out.
1.10 Each pet is assigned a separate room, except in cases where the dogs are used to being together (for example, dogs of the same Client) and the Client requests (by signing the consent) that the hotel allocates one common room for his dogs.
1.11 We usually feed the four-legged friends with food brought by the owners. We highly recommend this to avoid additional food stress for your pet.
1.12 The Pet must have food for the entire stay, a blanket, a bed, a collar and a leash. In cold weather, clothes are also left (as needed).
1.13 If the dog destroys the room during the stay, the customer undertakes to compensate the hotel for the losses.
1.14 We do not cover the owner for the value of damaged personal items if the items are damaged by their own Pet.
1.15 The owner of the pet agrees that the hotel, during the period of temporary accommodation, can place photos and video material of the animal on the hotel's Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as on its website.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL
2.1 Our hotel undertakes to properly look after the animal entrusted to the hotel and take care of it in accordance with the requirements of the legal acts governing the care, keeping, use, transportation and treatment of animals in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2 We undertake to maintain cleanliness, properly disinfect the premises, carry out pest control, etc.
2.3 We undertake to provide all information to the owner of the animal about the care of his animal.
2.4 We undertake to provide photo and video reports to the host every day.
2.5 We undertake to take care of the pets strictly only according to the instructions given by the owners.
3. RESERVATION
3.1 Check-in and check-out - Pets check-in between 12:00 and 18:00 and check-out between 9:00 and 12:00.
Other times convenient for the customer are also possible, if the hotel's availability allows it. The exact arrival/departure time must be agreed with the hotel staff in advance.
3.2 Advance reservation is required. Rooms are reserved through www.petshotel.lt , filling The place reservation form. We will contact you within 24 hours after receiving the Reservation Form. In case of emergency, please call tel. +37063120449.
4. SETTLEMENT
4.1 All valid service rates are available on the hotel's website.
4.2 Hotel services are billed no later than on the 2nd before the start of the stay, paying for the entire stay period by bank transfer. If payment is not made on time, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
4.3 No refunds will be made if the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the stay.
4.4 The money is returned to the account within 2 days, after deducting 50% of the deposit, but at least €15, if the reservation is canceled no later than 24 hours in advance.
